9 volt batteries Power Your TV With Your Car Battery Using a Power Inverter

Have you ever thought about how to power your TV, computer, video game, phone charger or other appliances with a 12 volt battery?Maybe you always wanted to charge your laptop in the car.If so, you're in the right place. The standard voltage to enter your home from the power company is 120 V.How on earth can you run an appliance that requires a voltage of 120 V on a 12 V battery? The answer is in a neat gadget called power inverter! Is it possible?I was very excited when I found the power inverter!Over the years, I have been hoping for a way to plug standard household appliances into our vehicle while traveling or camping.
The solution lies in a clever invention called a power inverter. All items in your home require 120 V of power, but only 12 V for your car, RV, boat, camper or solar battery. If you try to connect them directly to a 12 volt battery, you will destroy them in seconds.
Power inverter is a complex device with simple operation. They range from very small units designed for your vehicle to huge units for solar homes.I don't know the circuits, but they don't have to work perfectly.
The rationale is that when a 12 volt power supply enters the inverter from one or more 12 volt batteries, it is stored briefly until it can be output in the form of 120 volts. Now I'm sure it's a huge understatement of how they actually perform the process, but for our needs, that's all we need to know.Which frequency converter should you buy?It really depends on your needs.
If you plan to power the video game charger in your SUV, then you can pass it with a very small charger. There are two types of small inverters. The first one simply plugs into your car cigarette lighter outlet. What else is simpler than this?Plug one end into the car socket and then plug the standard electrical device into the inverter socket.
The second type of inverter requires simple wiring. Some people come with wires, some don't.If they don't do this, you can get the wires at a local home or car store.Don't worry if you 've never wired. These instructions are easy to follow and difficult to make mistakes.
The red positive line is connected to the positive Line terminal on your battery, and the other black line is firmly screwed to the ground of your vehicle. This is just some unpainted metal dots under the hood. There are many options available and it is easy to connect to the ground.
Basically, the negative pole of your battery is connected to the metal car on your car, so when you connect the negative pole of the inverter to the metal on your car, you really just connect it to the reverse side of the battery. It sounds complicated? This is really not the case. What if you need a larger inverter?Maybe you want to run your big screen TV in your car home or you plan to build a detached cabin or house.
Of course, this requires a larger inverter because larger devices consume more power.Several companies produce large frequency converters. The rated power of the inverters is the number of watts they can provide to your electrical equipment.
The charger for the video game may only need about 20 watts, while the large screen TV may need 1000 watts. The trick is to list all the devices you might want to power on at the same time and then calculate the amount of power they use each time. This number is usually on the sticker on the back of the device.
Add up the watts required for each device and viola and you will know how big the inverter will need. The inverter usually has two numbers. You may see an inverter that represents a 1000 W continuous/1500 W surge. They are built like this because some devices need more power when you turn them on for the first time.
This is called "start loading ".
No matter what you need, it is likely that there is an inverter that can do this.I suggest you hurry out and buy one for all your vehicles.I can't tell you how convenient they are.Unlimited possibilities! It is important to note that if you use an inverter while driving a vehicle, the standard car battery will be appropriate.
However, this is important, however, if you plan to use the inverter to power the item while the vehicle is not running, you should also install a deep cycle battery in addition to starting the battery. If you power off the battery of the car and then can't start the car, it will be terrible for sure. These deep cycle batteries are designed to run to a very low charging level without damage.
They can go through many charging/charging cycles without damage. The battery in your car is designed to run out of a lot of power in a short period of time to start the vehicle.Once your car is on, the AC generator will provide the electrical needs of the vehicle.
