Caldwell: A few suggestions from an environmentalist for the United We Roll Convoy - energy storage solutions

Many of the problems that have arisen outside our capital do not work here as in the West.
Although we have our own problems, they are different from the core issues of the Canadian stone field.
This clearly shows how the change in the convoy's passing has been received as the convoy moves towards the capital-from roadside rallies in Alberta to masked protesters in Winnipeg saluting in their middle fingers.
If this rolling protest does not yield any other results, it will certainly succeed in alleviating the disconnect between the Canadian political center and the surrounding areas completely.
In a country as large as Canada, these differences are often based on the different geographical locations of Canada and may produce a seemingly irreconcilable world view.
But a country is made up of individuals, and even though we have our own world view, most of us are driven by similar hopes and dreams.
We love our community, we are proud of our work, and we want our families and future generations to get the best.
I think it is important to remember this in an increasingly polarized world.
My personal opinion, I admit, is more radical than most people: I'm dead --
Oppose any expansion of the Canadian oil sector.
Personally, I don't really understand the message of "rolling together with us" fleet, but I also think you have the right to vent your grievances and do so, instead of being shouted down or saluted with a middle finger.
It is undeniable that the workers of Albertan oil have suffered heavy losses.
They see their future slipping away.
Nonetheless, environmental activists believe they are losing their future because of climate change and environmental degradation.
I think what we need most is to find something in common.
I think we all agree that losing the prosperity, security and security of the future is dangerous for everyone, and our politicians have completely disappointed all of us.
First of all, I think we must agree that climate change is caused by human beings.

Prime Minister Rachel nortley and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau are also fully focused on the pipeline, despite their commitment to addressing climate change meaningfully.
This is because the pipeline has never been a job in Alberta, except that the promising work in Alberta helps to win the election.
The investment in the pipeline has always been to cash in, a concept of "putting in immediately before the bottom disappears.
The bottom line is that the pipeline does not really create jobs.
If Canada's politicians really care about job creation, they will build refining capacity.
Fixing in Canada is dangerous.
To avoid risk, any investment manager will tell you, diversify.
Both provincial and federal politicians have experienced more than 20 years in Canada's oil diversity --
But they don't care about the future.
They just care about cashing when they can.
The article hangs on the wall: the cost of renewable energy is now lower than the cost of unconventional oil;
Automakers are phasing out traditional engines.
The problem of energy storage has only been solved for a few years.
In a fully competitive, open market, renewable energy has won, but governments that rely on oil revenues intervene in the free market by subsidizing large oil.
Alberta has a large number of skilled workers, but China has led the global transformation of renewable energy.
Imagine where we would be today if Harper had invested in diversity ten years ago? This environmental activist welcomes "we are united" because I am glad you sent a message of discontent to the federal government.
But I ask you to broaden your horizons.
I believe it's short.
Long-term investment in the oil sector is needed as a transitional measure.
You're right.
Albertans need to work today.
It is your truth that the Albertans are suffering.
But keep in mind that those of us who think climate change is a global emergency, and the children who are entering the labor market today, are desperate for their future.
This is our truth.
So, when you talk to Trudeau, ask for economic diversity.
Require retraining and investment in tomorrow's technology.
Canadian politicians have drawn us into trouble.
If Ontario's environmental activists and Alberta's oil sands workers do not find a way to start asking for the same thing, politicians will continue to lie and separate us, and they and their corporate friends are at the expense of our future.
