MARGAO: filed a complaint against the Margao City Council (MMC)
The company's chief executive is responsible for solar street lights installed around the MMC building and the Margao garden that cannot operate.
The complainant requested that MMC take action on the complaint within 15 days, otherwise they would contact the superior authorities, including vigilance sex and Lokayukta, to investigate the matter.
Solar light failure and its non-fault problem
The maintenance was presented at the Council meeting, which only promised corrective measures.

, Relevant citizens on behalf of Margao further requested MMC to instruct contractors to repair all street lights paid by Margao citizens and to ensure that lights are properly lit around Municipal Gardens and municipal buildings for the safety of tourists and pedestrians.
"Municipalities have not made any effort to direct contractors to fulfill their obligations to provide maintenance/warranty," said Raison Almeida, chairman of GGF . ".
The complainant also requested that, in order to make future solar equipment economically viable, the warranty period for installation be extended to five years.
