Tesla has completed its construction of what it calls the world's most powerful giant lithium-ion battery, and is expected to be tested in the next few days before the December 1 operating deadline.
Tesla's Powerpack battery array has been installed next to the French company Neoen's Hornsdale wind farm near Jamestown in north-central South Australia.
