The weather in Canada in April is unpredictable.
One day, the weather is sunny and warm, and you will see a snowstorm when you wake up the next morning.
One thing you can rely on is that a lot of water falls and flows in and around your home.
It's the flood season.
So don't be found because the basement is flooded.
Strong roofs and appropriate drainage strategies are the best way to prevent flooding.
Start with a roof check and look for any damaged or lost wooden tiles.
