In the competition to become the world's green technology leader, China is in the leading position in the global competition.

We joined the passengers in Beijing.
High-speed rail to Tianjin, nearly 80 kilometers
It takes only 30 minutes for a mile.
It takes nearly an hour and a half to walk the same distance on America's fastest train.
Besides speed, the Chinese say their railway technology is better for the environment.

The train is just an example of China's green wave, which moves as fast as the view outside the window.
According to the Center for American Progress, China spends an astonishing $12 million an hour on green energy.

There is a reason to focus on green technology, but this is not global warming.
This is a math problem for China.

While officials at Yingli solar denied they had received help from the Chinese government, they returned to the United States. S.
This is a very controversial issue.
As the debate intensifies, Yingli's list of US customers is also increasing.
The head of the company told me that they are now sending panels to Texas and Colorado and that they hope to eventually reach all 50 states.
