(Bloomberg)--Tesla Inc.
Sending the company said Thursday that hundreds of Powerwall battery systems in Puerto Rico could be paired with solar panels to help restore power to the battered island region.
Some systems are already there and others are on the way.
These devices are very much needed, as the island basically has no electricity for more than a week after Hurricane Maria landed. 20.
The company has local staff to install them and work with local organizations to determine the location.
