The 4704 vendors (6) used on some wheeled vehicles are just a valve --regulated lead-
Acid (VRLA) battery.
Other VRLAs include the ExideAGM200 for Bradleys and route clearance vehicles, the DEKA 34/78 used with Objective Gunner protective case pieces, and the Optima battery used with the generator.

The Ohm load test is designed as a diagnostic tool for the operator.

The 8499 load tester shows the ability of the battery to maintain voltage under load.
Please make sure to read their user manual before using testers.
Then you can use them correctly.
The battery should be fully charged before it is put into use.
If you are going to store the battery, it must be charged after it is taken out.
You don't have to charge the batteries if they are headedto DRMO.
